The doctor was friendly and explained things very well. The staff on the other hand were completely incompetent and were very rude. Had to call several times and barely got a call back. Was told to come into the office first thing in the morning and we did. Was the only patient here then as people walked in they were seen first and still waiting to be seen. Should have never had us come to the office first thing in the morning to wait hours. This isn’t the first time this has happened as well. Do not recommend this office or it’s staff but will recommend this dr if he is in a different office.

I've never had any issues with anyone in the office, they've all been very polite and respectful. Dr. Thiesen has always shown interest in how his patients are feeling and helps you in any way he can. I thank you all for being so good to me.

Dr Frances is very knowledgeable of her patients pains and provides the best treatment for patients
